But, I wanted to request you to tell us how can we change the patient ID and prescription number, as we have company patients with their ID, and we have to trace patient with their company ID. Could you please give us an open patient ID and prescription number to put our own ID and use it and to trace company patient with their ID?

I have tried to find a help file related to this operation, but there is no information about it. However, if you are an active customer, use the Contact US page and fill the form or call the developers. According to their statement, the phone is available 24/24. Call them and they should explain how to change or enter other Patient ID.
